Air Georgia Signs Investment Memorandum With Albanian Investors for New Tbilisi Terminal
On 1 November, Air Georgia confirmed a memorandum with Albanian investors involving Kastrati Group for a proposed passenger terminal near Tbilisi International Airport. The investors are expected to commit at least US$150 million, although the final investment amount may change depending on land requirements and project scope; the memorandum is not a completed acquisition or final investment agreement. The proposal creates opportunities in aviation infrastructure, joint ventures and corporate financing; HPC can support transaction research, financial modelling and investment-partner assessments.
