Era Media Plans Rp2.01 Trillion Acquisition of INET Shares

On 5 November, Era Media Sejahtera disclosed a plan to acquire approximately 6.69 billion shares in Sinergi Inti Andalan Prima (INET) through a subsidiary, with the proposed transaction valued at around Rp2.01 trillion.
